We receive, verify and grade returned products, document what actually came back and recommend the most economical next action. Where recovery makes sense, we prepare the item for reintegration into the client’s own EU 3PL, marketplace, outlet or fulfilment channel.

We remain deliberately focused: premium, non-electrical products that can be inspected visually and handled through clear, repeatable procedures. We do not buy inventory, resell through our own channels, finance transport or become the seller or importer of record.
